FAQ'S

Here are a few answers to our most frequently asked questions regarding our catering service.

  • One of the people in our group is a vegetarian. Will this mean that we all need to have vegetarian food?
No - we understand that not everybody always enjoys the same dishes. We find this common in larger groups; although we try to keep this to a minimum, we are happy to cater to individual tastes wherever necessary.
  • Where do you source your ingredients?
We source the majority of our ingredients from small local businesses. Sustainability is crucial when purchasing ingredients; we also strongly believe in supporting small businesses and strengthening our local economy.
  • I am susceptible to gluten (celiac disease). Can you cater to this?
We do take all allergies and intolerances very seriously indeed. Our chef has extensive training in this area and has implemented an effective allergen management system. As a result, we are very confident in what we do and the processes we use to prepare our dishes to protect our client's safety.
  • I see you offer wine pairings. Is this an essential service?
No, this is an optional extra - we do like to recommend this service as we love to showcase exciting and unique wines - but not essential.
  • How do we go about choosing our menu?
Let us know what menu style (number of courses), along with any dietary requirements we may need to be aware of, including any likes and dislikes in regards to ingredients; we will then send some tasty sample menus over to have a look.
  • What do we need to organize for the evening?
Our team will arrive at your accommodation with everything needed, set the table, cook, and present you with the menu you decide on. Also, clean and sanitized so you can relax and enjoy your evening.
  • We are renting a property in Mevagissey, St Austell in Cornwall. Do you cover this area?
We do; we cover up to a 1 hour and 15 minutes drive from where we are based (TR20 9AX). But we will need to apply a surcharge for the longer distances.
